About

Hi there! I am currently a first-year ECE master student on the Machine Learing and Data Science track. My research interests lie in Music Generation with Fine-Grained Artistic Control and Machine Learning Theories. My goal is to integrate cutting-edge technology into the music production workflow, empowering musicians to craft their unique sound for today’s era.

Previously, as a research assistant, I had the privilege of working under the guidance of Prof. Qiuqiang Kong on Music Generation and Prof. Yujun Yan on Graph Mining and Machine Learning Theory.

Before joining UCSD, I earned a B.S. degree in Statistics. I also had an enriching internship experience at Tencent Music Entertainment Group, where I worked as an AI Engineering Intern.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing music and singing, especially performing on stages. I was trained as a pop vocalist for about two years. I am also proud to have contributed to the production of the theme song for the animated movie GG Bond: Interstellar Action, featuring the childhood favorite of mine, GG bond.
